Unlike Led classes where everyone follows the teacher's lead, in Mysore, you progress through each pose in the Primary Series at your own rhythm and pace. It's like taking a self-guided journey through the practice. Not to worry if you don't know the whole series yet, we'll provide a helpful worksheet with photos and names of each pose to assist you.
Your teacher will provide hands-on adjustments and individualized guidance. Even though you practice individually, there's a strong sense of community.
